I am a Clinical Psychologist and AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor based in Sydney CBD. I have worked as a Psychologist with clients on their mental health and wellbeing for over 10 years.

My approach is empathic, down-to-earth, and practical. I hope to make you feel empowered, safe and encouraged to make the changes you want to in your life. Whilst this can be difficult, I will work alongside you to guide and cheer-lead you through the process.

I have worked with children, adolescents and adults across multiple settings, including public and private hospitals, clinical research centres, schools, and private practice. I am passionate about helping individuals with a range of difficulties and mental health concerns. I work inclusively with clients from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds, identities (LGBTIQA+), spiritual/religious beliefs and from various walks of life.

I am also passionate about providing support to individuals with eating disorders and body image concerns. I have worked intensively in this area across various Inpatient, Day Program, Outpatient, and private practice settings in NSW for over 8 years. This includes Wesley Hospital Eating Disorder Clinic (Ashfield), Peter Beumont Day Program and the Outpatient Eating Disorder Service (Royal Prince Alfred Hospital). I am trained in CBT-E, SSCM, DBT-ED, CRT and I draw on the Carolyn Costin Model and other approaches. I have had the opportunity to work closely with GPs, Psychiatrists, Dietitians, Occupational therapists, Art Therapists, and Exercise Physiologists, and appreciate the benefit of a multidisciplinary approach to care. I will work with you wholistically, to find your own individual path to recovery.

Alongside working with clients, I have also been a clinical supervisor at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Psychology Clinic, helping provisional psychologists complete their clinical training.
